TERMINAOnly the rules are real.

We don't write stories.
We build systems, and they write yours.

Termina is an independent studio making deep strategy and life simulations — turn-based, text-forward, and built on the idea that a game shouldn't show you everything you're being measured on.

Political Life

Thirty years old, nobody knows your name, and you will do politics until you die. One week per turn, about 2,600 turns, and a lifespan the game never shows you.

What we make

Simulations with real rules and invented worlds. Our games run on systems that behave consistently whether or not you are watching them — factions that hold grudges, records that never get cleaned, consequences that arrive twenty hours later without being announced.

We build for players who read drama out of a spreadsheet: the Papers, Please / Suzerain / Football Manager line of games.

What we don't make

No real nation, party, company or person appears in our work — only the mechanics are borrowed from reality. No multiplayer. No accounts. No live service. We ship on Steam and then we keep patching it.
